How I Work
I don't believe people need fixing.
Most of the people I work with are capable, thoughtful and already carrying a great deal. They're navigating complex decisions, competing priorities, or expectations that leave them feeling stuck, not because something is wrong with them, but because life is genuinely hard sometimes.
My job isn't to hand you answers. It's to help you make sense of what's happening beneath the surface and then do something with it. I'll create a space where you can be honest, and I'll ask the questions that help you get there. Sometimes that means sitting with something uncomfortable for a moment. Sometimes a conversation takes an unexpected turn, and that's exactly where the useful stuff is and where we place the tools.
I draw on coaching psychology and evidence-based approaches, but our conversations won't feel like a psychology lesson. They'll feel grounded, practical and relevant to the reality you're living. Together we'll untangle what's keeping you stuck, make sense of what matters most, and identify meaningful next steps.
My hope is that you leave each session with greater clarity, a stronger sense of your own judgement, and something concrete to take forward.
